I've ordered quite a few items from this place—over four, to be exact. My most recent order got held up. The guy in customer service was really nice and seemed to genuinely want to help fix the issue. However, the final reply came from customer service, not the manager. It felt like they just took my money and shrugged it off. Blaming delivery delays on Covid? Come on, that’s not a good excuse for poor time management. I’d definitely recommend folks think twice before ordering from this company. Like I said, I've bought several art pieces before, but whoever's running the show needs some serious training. Keeping customers satisfied should be a priority.

Pretty satisfied overall, the colors are exactly what I wanted. I didn’t catch that it’s a print on canvas. I was under the impression it was a painting on canvas - that would have been way nicer, and given the price was on the higher side, I would have preferred it to be a painting. Should’ve paid more attention to the fine print. Maybe the description could clarify 'print' instead of 'Artwork'. Service was top-notch.
